Nick has a Physics background and extensive experience in manufacturing management. Since joining Iridian in 2000, he has progressed from Project Scientist to production management, playing a key role in recruiting, training, automation development, and instilling a Lean culture.
Nick leads a dynamic team focused on product development, process improvement, and capacity expansion. His collaborative approach fosters innovation and excellent customer solutions through strong partnerships.
